Numerous members have made inquiries about Assembly Bill 148, the bill passed in the 2009 legislative session which addresses construction worker safety by requiring employees to take specific training courses for employment in the industry. Certainly, other members may have the same concerns or questions - here is a link to AGC’s Q&A on AB 148.
