Permits & Inspections
This committee partners with city and county government agencies to develop standardized building
codes and reasonable zoning, permitting and inspection regulations.
Government Affairs
This committee is responsible for developing support within the southern Nevada construction industry for the political actions, initiatives and programs of the chapter and the National AGC, while proactively representing the chapter and the industry before state and local government bodies.

Marketing
This committee promotes the association, its members and the construction industry through media relations, advertising and community involvement. The committee also recruits new members and encourages business between members. This committee promotes, plans, coordinates and conducts the annual Legislative Golf Tournament and the Holiday Dinner Dance/Silent Auction.

Manpower, Education & Training
This committee improves the image of the construction industry by assisting with the instruction and recruitment of the next generation's workforce. This committee is also responsible for improving the quantity and quality of the construction industry's available workforce, developing and administering related programs and services and maintaining a speaker's bureau.

Public Works
The Public Works Committee is the construction industry’s liaison with state and local agencies and utilities. By bringing together public works agency directors and AGC’s heavy, highway and utility contractors, the committee works to resolve legal and regulatory issues affecting public works construction.
