Government Affairs: AGC is the most influential contractor advocate during each session of the Nevada State Legislature. In recent years, it has been the force behind construction defect reform, stronger lien rights for contractors and prompt pay legislation.

Safety Services: AGC prides itself in providing your company with thorough inspections, OSHA representation, safety training and competent representation for all your company’s safety needs through the use of cost-effective safety consultants.
Networking Events & Advertising Opportunities: AGC hosts several luncheons, mixers and events throughout the year, offering the opportunity to network with your fellow leaders in the southern Nevada construction industry. AGC publishes its own 34-page monthly magazine the Construction Connection that is a supplement of In Business that reaches over 40,000 readers. AGC members receive discounts on advertising rates.
Labor Relations: AGC labor relations staff works to gain signatory members access to all construction markets and ensure members remain competitive. Conversely, AGC provides non-signatory members with the programs, training, advice and counsel necessary to remain non-union should any labor problems arise.
Health Plan of Nevada/Sierra Health Services: AGC Las Vegas has partnered with Health Plan of Nevada to provide its members low-cost healthcare options. The initial offerings are effective for 15 months and include POS, HMO, PPO options, two dental and two vision plans.
McGraw-Hill Construction/F.W. Dodge Plan Room Program: As an AGC member you are entitled to a special discount on electronic plans and specifications with unlimited project download, plan holder lists and contract award information in the state of Nevada.
